Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Finacle Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Finacle, a leading banking software, and will play a critical role in enhancing and maintaining our banking software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement Finacle solutions.
• Customize, configure, and maintain the Finacle banking platform to meet specific business requirements.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of Finacle applications.
• Develop and maintain integration solutions with other banking systems and third-party applications.
• Ensure the security and compliance of the Finacle system.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
• Stay up to date with Finacle updates and emerging banking technology trends.
• Participate in the design and development of new features and modules.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Finacle development.
• Strong knowledge of Finacle core banking software and modules.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, J2EE, and scripting languages.
• Experience with database management systems, such as Oracle or SQL Server.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
• Finacle certification is a plus.
