Position: HR Executive
Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu
Experience Required: 6 Months - 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Conduct candidate screening and schedule interviews
✔️ Manage onboarding processes and employee engagement initiatives
✔️ Handle payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits
✔️ Support talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational goals
✔️ Assist in HR policy development and documentation

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
✔️ Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
✔️ Industry Exposure: Familiarity with IT/eCommerce domains is an advantage
✔️ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
✔️ Knowledge of technical recruitment and talent retention practices
